I’m not your average design team leader.

I see myself as someone who can empower and inspire all creative team members to be the best versions of themselves. This is the most important thing for me: The design team culture and the individual’s happiness. The rest falls into place.

Having some amazing managers (and also not so amazing) in my past, I’ve drawn on all the qualities and learned what it takes to be a fun, collaborative and supportive lead and hence, my own design leadership methodologies. I believe that by tapping into the designers sense of purpose within the team and building ownership, it creates confidence, synergy, trust and productivity. In my experience, rapid turn around is visibly seen within 3 months.

I’m an experienced product design professional with key strengths in design leadership and strategy. With 17 years in

the industry (Sydney, London and Singapore) and 5 of those years leading product design teams in Berlin, I enable the growth of products that are a joy to create and a joy to experience. Focusing on leading product design teams toward intuitive and data-driven solutions from ideation to execution, I devise strategic roadmaps that big create change, drive customer value, increase conversion and evolve digital product suites all while addressing customer behaviours and meeting primary business objectives.

I have 17 years experience in the digital design industry, 20+ awards for my project efforts over the years, 3.5 years dedicated to creating and leading DH’s takeaway food platform. I am an advocate for best practice methods such as design systems, web accessibility as well as collaborative ideation initiatives that inherently build the foundation of superior user experiences.
